The Best Book for Serious Dieters

I recently read Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle and I would recommend it to (almost) all of my readers - with a caveat.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a good book for serious dieters and people who are ready to invest some time and effort into losing weight and getting in shape. Of course, that should be everyone who wants to lose weight. But some dieters are more interested in short-term goals or quick weight loss programs.
